Stretch Expert Olivia

Olivia is Better Stretch’s Stretch Expert, combining a strong foundation in kinesiology, fitness, and hands-on support with a calm, caring approach that helps clients feel comfortable and confident. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretch and Flexibility Coach, with additional experience in recovery support, coaching, education, and client care. Inspired by the difference better flexibility and mobility can make at every stage of life, Olivia is passionate about helping clients stay active, relieve stress, build confidence, and keep pursuing the goals and activities that matter most to them.
